Privacy Policy
Two different sets of data live in two different places. This page keeps them apart, because the difference decides who answers for what.

Who is responsible for this data
The controller of the data described below is the business that provides TrafMate, registered in Ukraine. Write to [email protected] - that is the contact for any question about this policy or your rights under it, and the legal name and postal address are provided on request.
Your visitors' data is not ours
TrafMate runs on your server. Clicks, IP addresses, user agents and everything else the tracker records stay in your databases and never reach us. For that data you are the controller and we are not a processor of it - we have no access to it at all. Answering your visitors' requests about their data is therefore your responsibility, not something you can pass to us.
What the licence check sends us
Your installation contacts our licence server about twice an hour. It sends the licence key, an installation identifier, the address of your server, the software version, and the number of active users and domains. We use this to issue the licence token, to enforce one licence per installation, and to see whether an installation is alive. We keep it while the licence exists and for one year after.
Your cabinet account
If you create a client cabinet we store your email address, a hash of your password (never the password itself), and a log of actions - sign-ins, password changes, server address changes - with their time and IP address. The log exists so that you and we can tell what happened to an account. We keep it while the account exists and for one year after.
We send you one-time codes, notices before your subscription ends, and answers to your messages. Mail is sent by our own relay, not handed to a third-party mailing service. We do not sell your address and do not use it for advertising unrelated to the product.
This website
The website is static. It sets no advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you. It remembers your theme and language choice in your own browser; that information is not sent to us. If analytics are enabled you will be asked first, and refusing does not change how the site works.
Who else sees the data
Our servers are rented from a European hosting provider. Payments are handled by a payment provider that receives what it needs to process the payment; we never see your wallet keys. Captcha on the cabinet sign-in form is provided by Cloudflare. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it.
Your rights
Write to [email protected] to obtain a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Deleting a cabinet account does not switch off a paid licence, and vice versa - say which of the two you want. We answer within 30 days.
