Terms of Service
These terms govern the licence to use TrafMate. By paying for a licence you accept them.

1. Who provides the service
TrafMate is provided by a business registered in Ukraine. The legal name, registration and tax numbers, postal address and bank details for invoicing are provided on request at [email protected]. Correspondence in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
2. What is being licensed
TrafMate is software licensed for installation on infrastructure that you control. We do not host it, we do not route your traffic through our servers, and we do not receive the data your installation collects. What you get is a licence key that unlocks the software you have installed.
3. One licence, one installation
A licence is valid for a single installation, identified by an installation identifier and the server address. If your server address changes, you re-bind the licence yourself in the client cabinet. Running several installations requires several licences, on every plan.
4. Licence term and renewal
The licence is granted for the paid period. It is not renewed automatically: we notify you by email 14 and 3 days before the end, and the licence continues when the next payment is made. After the paid period ends there is a short grace period, after which the software stops routing traffic and delivering conversions. Data already stored on your own servers is never touched by us.
5. Payment
Prices are listed on the pricing page and stated in US dollars. Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency through a payment provider; the provider's own terms and network fees apply to the transfer itself. First installation and configuration are included in every plan at no extra charge.
6. Refund
A full refund is available within 14 days of the first payment. The conditions are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. How the software may be used
Use is governed by the acceptable use policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: you are responsible for the traffic you route, the content you serve, compliance with the rules of your advertising sources, and the law of every jurisdiction you operate in.
8. Support
The scope of support is defined by your plan. Support covers the software: installation, updates, faults and questions about how features work. It does not cover the configuration of your campaigns, the content of your landing pages or disputes with your advertising sources.
9. Ownership
The software, its source code and its interface remain ours. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the paid period. Reverse engineering, removing the licence check, redistributing the software or reselling it as your own is a breach of these terms and ends the licence without a refund.
10. Termination
You may stop using the software at any time; the paid period is not refunded except under the refund policy. We may terminate a licence for breach of the acceptable use policy or for non-payment. Termination stops the licence, not your access to your own data - it stays on your server.
11. Limitation of liability
The software is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for lost profit, lost traffic, decisions taken by your advertising sources, or damages arising from how you used the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount of the last licence payment.
12. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its effective date, and material changes are announced by email to cabinet account holders. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
